Evidence-Based Faculty Development Through the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) is a key scientific publication that explores SoTL research as a method of professional development for educational developers and university teachers. Highlighting topics such as professional development, research ethics, and faculty engagement, this book is ideal for deans, professors, department heads, academics, administrators, educational developers, curriculum designers, researchers, and students. Temporary (non-regular, complementary or occasional) faculty members are paid according to their degrees (non-degree, bachelor`s, master`s or doctorate). The lowest-paid faculty member for classroom sessions could receive $85.83 per lesson. Typically hired for at least one course, this person would receive $3,862.35 to teach 1 course. This employment group receives salary increases after every 1600 hours of instruction. The lowest paid professional resource member (c.B. librarian, consultant) could receive $31.83/hour. This employment group receives wage increases every 6400 hours. These workers are not entitled to full benefits if they work less than 0.6 FTEs; However, you will receive an additional vacation pay of 8%. This position is included in the collective agreement of the Teachers` Association. Salary corresponds to qualifications and experience. This position is open until a suitable candidate is found. This employment group receives salary increases after 12 months of service. These employees are entitled to all benefits in accordance with section 17.0 of the MacEwan Staff Association Collective Agreement.

The package includes additional health and dental benefits, a caregiver program for employees, a defined benefit pension, short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, a health care account of $450 per year, as well as vacation and access to other sheets.
